Lavender Bellasen is a 23-year-old Algerian author, poet, researcher, and multidisciplinary artist.

With an academic background in English Language, Literature and Civilization, Lavender's work brings together literary expression, personal experience, and a deep interest in the human condition. Their writing explores love, memory, identity, solitude, connection, and the complexities of being human.

Lavender is the author of Where the Dance Ends (2025) and You, in Every Poem, a poetic memoir that brings together poetry, reflection, memory, and lived experience.

Alongside writing, Lavender works in education and continues to explore different forms of creative expression, including literature, poetry, visual storytelling, and music.

Lavender seeks to create honest spaces for emotion and self-expression, where vulnerability can become art, personal experiences can become shared stories, and every voice can find its place.
